Half Term
As always this has been a very busy week and I will bullet everything we got up to this week but you will need to look at your year group blogs to get the full picture:
- Children’s Mental Health Week
- Greening Fleet Assembly with Councillor Kate
- National Pizza Day
- Chinese New Year
- Anticipated Pancake Tuesday and Valentines Day
- Built yet another ark because the rain came tumbling down
- Celebrated Holi
- Achieved Happily Together,
We are all exhausted now and ready for 9 days off. A lovely little lunch partner told me it was 9 days and not 7 because you should count both weekends. What a fine idea. I am sure that you have lovely things planned for half term but I reminded the children that they didn’t need to do something expensive every day! They all agreed that it is perfectly fine to just go out for a walk, have a bike ride or play with their toys. If any of your children have a little moan, please feel free to say ‘Do you remember Mrs O saying…’.
Stay safe and enjoy time with your little ones and we promise we will have them back on Monday 19th February.
