Our story this week is ‘The Giant Jam Sandwich’ which is a fabulous story about four million wasps visiting a town and the ideas the people in the story came up with to catch the wasps.  What a great way to end our minibeast topic.

In drawing club, the children designed their own wasps and came up with brilliant ideas of what they could use to catch the wasps. 

Our maths this week was incorporated in lots of different ways during our Numeracy Day on Wednesday.  Please have a little look on tapestry for the great activities that took place.

In phonics we this week we have continued practising all of the sounds that we have already learnt.
